- If your yard hasn't been regularly maintained, the first visit takes longer and is billed as a one-time deep clean — typically $75–200 depending on its condition, quoted when you sign up. After that, weekly service begins at your standard rate.
- For $10/week, we treat your yard with a pet-safe enzymatic cleaner and disinfectant after each waste pickup. It eliminates odor, kills bacteria, and keeps the yard fresh between visits — especially good for multi-dog households and families with young children.
- Yes. Hosting a backyard event? Book a one-time cleanup beforehand and we'll get the yard event-ready, typically the day before or the morning of. It runs $75–$150 depending on yard size.
- We service in light rain, since San Francisco weather rarely cooperates with a fixed schedule otherwise. In heavy storms we may shift your visit by a day for safety and quality, and your regular billing doesn't change.
