These Terms of Service govern your use of the SF Pet Waste Removal website and services. By using our website or booking service, you agree to these terms.

We provide weekly residential and commercial pet waste removal in San Francisco, with a photo report after each visit. Service details and availability may vary by neighborhood and property.

Weekly pricing is based on the number of dogs and is billed monthly, with no long-term contract. First visits may include a one-time deep clean, quoted at signup. Optional add-ons and one-time services are priced separately. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

We service on the schedule agreed with you. You are responsible for providing safe access to the service area (for example, an unlocked side gate or a gate code) and for keeping dogs secured during visits. In severe weather we may reschedule a visit for safety.

There are no contracts. You may pause or cancel service at any time with reasonable notice; monthly billing stops at the end of your current cycle.

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive customer care text messages from SF Pet Waste Removal (Pegley Enterprises) — including responses to quote requests, appointment coordination, and service-related follow-up. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Msg & data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to opt out and stop receiving messages. Text HELP for assistance or contact us at hugo@sfpetwasteremoval.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

If something is not right with a visit, contact us and we will make it right.

We provide our services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes.
